Zoe
Zoë’s passion for this industry stems from her heart. Her ability to foresee her guests needs and do everything possible to meet those needs is uncanny. Customer service gives you “good enough”, but hospitality from the heart gives you “perfection” - that of which Zoë strives for in her everyday life. Being an Orange County local herself, Zoë has had the pleasure of working in fine dining restaurants in Santa Monica and Orange County, California.
She was a part of both opening management teams for Water Grill, South Coast Plaza and Meat on Ocean, in Santa Monica. In her experience there, she obtained a strong attention to detail and she left with incredible leadership, creativity and organizational skills that she knew would help her soar. Bringing her expertise to the sky is that next level of luxury she provides to all her guests. In short, Zoë is always a joy to be around, all whilst doing her utmost best to accommodate her clientele and everyone around her
