1. You are NEVER alone!
That’s right. As I’m writing this I am in a hotel far away from home and yet I feel so connected with my fellow SkyAngel sisters. I am constantly getting uplifting support from the SkyAngels community. That is the SkyAngels way. As a company we are committed to your success and want to see you soar. So, we have created a private community just for our SkyAngel graduates to aide in their success. Through SKYacademy all of our students create lifelong friends, which we love and find so special and don’t even get me started on how much your trainers (i.e. Me) are also always available and striving to lift you up during your time at SKYacademy and well after graduation! It’s so exciting to be a part of a company that supports one another as opposed to being tossed out alone after graduation into the cut-throat world of private aviation with no support or continued guidance. Here at SkyAngels, we love, cherish and promote each other, every day!
2. Accountability
Once you have officially graduated from SKYacademy you are among an elite group of individuals that strive for perfection in all that we do. Our SkyAngels are always sharing special recipes, networking opportunities, high-fashion uniform ideas, as well as, new ways to add that “wow” factor to each flight. That is simply the SkyAngels way. It’s not just about succeeding alone, it's about succeeding together. Every SkyAngel understands that we are only as strong as our weakest link and so each SkyAngel is tasked with improving their performance every time they go wheels up so as to best represent the team as a whole. That's why, as SkyAngels, we all strive to be the best and hold each other to the same high standards.
3. MENTORSHIP
Graduation is JUST the beginning of the SkyAngels community. Upon obtaining your first flight a SKYmentor is assigned to guide you every step of the way to ensure you have a successful first flight and you soar high in your new career. This is one of the reasons I love training BabyAngels. We do more than simply hand you a certification of completion upon graduation, we ensure that you succeed every step of the way even AFTER you leave. Whether we are assisting you via FaceTime or in person, text, email, or courier pigeon we are there for you 100% and we will always have your back!
